Condominiums Coming to Excelsior

Schaefco Development, LLC is excited to introduce a new project that has been approved by the Village of Excelsior. This four-unit condominium project is located in downtown Excelsior and walkable to all the Village has to offer for retail, restaurants and entertainment. Looking forward to construction starting in Spring 2021.
